The most important criteria for choosing a barn or farm wedding venue is price. What is included in the base price and how many other things will cost extra? What are these extras? Will you need or desire them? How much will these extras cost? How many hours of venue rental time is included and what is the charge for additional time? Are you restricted to 4 hours, 6 hours or is the venue yours to use all day or weekend. What is the condition of the venue, is it clean and kept up and does it have a good layout for easy access. A fair price is based on many factors because the venue may have a lower price but when all the extras are added up, the total cost might be significantly higher.
