We are an all-inclusive venue and bonfire is included. Natural Gardens is the perfect venue for those looking for a country garden wedding in a totally private setting. We also do not have a noise ordinance or curfew time. There is also an Air BnB with four bedrooms that adjoins our property. Catering and bar service is quoted separately. These services when quoted based on your needs will include all needed supplies including glasses, china, linens, etc. Our new 5000 sq. ft. restaurant/brewery is opening this winter and can be used for guests and parties.

Rent the venue for a day or a weekend, all the amenities listed below and more are included. You can use the grounds however you choose. Many weddings utilize our grounds for a rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch also. Your choice of location for each event is up to you! You can decorate our venue anyway you choose. Weekend rentals have access to our venue starting early Friday to set-up or even Thursday if we do not have an event scheduled.
Natural Gardens is very private and secluded, only nature! We have many ceremony sites and they can be indoors or outside. We are available to visit anytime, except when we have a wedding in progress. Just let us know when you would like to visit. Natural Gardens has spectacular views and amazing gardens. We call it “Rustic Elegance”! And it provides a totally private destination wedding experience. We have camping & Luxury Glamping options on-site and guests also use local B&B’s or the hotels in Oneonta.

We include most items needed so there is no need to worry about renting tables, chairs, tents, etc. Included is our barn (3200 sq ft – 250 person capacity) with a wood floor that has 2 large barn doors, handicap/elderly entrance and 17 – 4’x4’ screened windows that brings the gardens inside. The barn also has real bathrooms, full lighting and a large dance floor. We supply all reception tables and chairs. Included is setup area for catering with running water, sink and prep tables. There is no curfew or noise ordinance as our venue is very secluded. Natural Gardens has many locations for your wedding & family photos. Also included is a day for engagement photos. You and your guests will have access to over 40 amazing acres consisting of two streams, sixteen landscaped ponds, beautiful gardens with walking paths, fern covered woodlands, bonfire location ( bonfire included), bridges & gazebo all set in a natural landscape setting. On the hill above the ponds is a large meadow filled with wildflowers, hummingbirds & butterflies set alongside our vineyard, hops yard and blueberry field! We can also entertain any request and will price those services for you. You can also pick flowers & grasses grown on the property for your decorations.
We do not have a per person charge for first 150 guests. There is no minimum number of guests. Staff is available to assist with set-up of any of our amenities.
Additional amenities included are: ceremony chairs, Bridal House for your wedding party ( which includes 2 lounge rooms, make-up room, mirror room and bedroom for full weekend wedding rentals), 3 golf carts with staff to move guests around the property, Additional real bathrooms by cocktail hour/ bonfire area, Day of coordination, White Birch Chuppah (Arch), Adirondack Chairs, S’mores Sticks, Oil Lanterns, Shepherd Hooks, Decorative Wooden Ice Chests, Portable Generator, Grill, Smoker, Chafing Dishes, Microphone with Amp, EZ Up Canopies, Hops, Woods & Back Pond Ceremony Sites, Mason Jars with Candles, Additional Bistro Lights, Ice Tubs for beer kegs, Extension Cords, Lawn Games and many other props & decorations.
If you rent for the weekend you can also have your Friday rehearsal dinner and a Sunday brunch for your guests. Oneonta has all the hotels and most weddings utilize shuttle services for their guests. No need to drive! We can also provide you with the names of local caterers, B&B’s, photographers, wedding planners, dj’s & shuttle services. A date is only secured with signed contract and deposit. We will hold a date for 14 days with a $250 non-refundable deposit. If you sign a contract, this fee will be used towards your deposit.
We offer a 10% discount with contracts paid in full when signed.
